  1. What is an example of a practice that you would consider to be innovative? How is it new or better than what you had before?
  2. How do can you create opportunities for innovation in your leadership? In your teaching? In your learning?
  3. What has changed in our world today that not only makes innovation easier to do, but necessary for our students?

    I would say that using epic for whole class instruction of text is innovative because it allows students to access the text as a whole class due to read aloud options and enlarged text.

    I can create opportunities in my leadership by sharing with my team innovative practices I am using in my classroom.

    The internet and access to technology helps students to collaborate and gives students access to more relevant and current information.
